Our Call to the Work of Justice

Learn to do right, seek justice” (Isaiah 1:17). Just like God paints a picture of what just community looks like, God doesn't just say "do justice" and then leave us to figure out what that work involves. The Bible describes specific actions and work that it takes to do justice - and then gives lots of stories of people throughout Scripture doing that work.

Our call to learn and do justice means that we have to get equipped proactively (both learning and unlearning) so that we can be ready to learn more and respond effectively.
