God calls us to do the work of justice – not just care about it but also to DO justice. But we aren’t born knowing how to do justice.
We care. We want to be part of the solution. But we don’t know specifically what to DO or HOW to do it. God provides instruction and inspiration throughout Scripture to equip us.
When we are equipped for the work of justice, we’re less overwhelmed and can take action - rather than looking back and wishing we had known what to do.
Most of us can think of times when it would have meant the world or been life-changing for someone to step into a situation of injustice on our behalf.
Learning and doing the work of justice is simply part of loving our neighbors as we want to be loved.
